父親節快樂!
國語事工今天舉辦一個特別的父親節慶祝活動，請看附圖。

為了鼓勵匯點人重拾個人靈修和讀經的習慣，由本會教牧分享的每日靈修點滴已經在WhatsApp的 XPMP群組陸續發佈，並且也會在XPMP網站存檔。
昨日的靈修點滴在本主日的父親節相當適時：
耶和華說：「因為困苦人的冤屈和貧窮人的嘆息，我現在要起來，把他安置在他所切慕的穩妥之地。」（詩篇 12:5）
神記念窮人。祂保護那些無法救助自己的窮人。祂是 El Rachum，慈悲憐憫的神。「耶和華—你的 神是有憐憫的神，他不撇下你，不滅絕你，也不忘記他起誓與你列祖所立的約。」（申命記 4:31）。對於那些憐憫其他人的，神特別憐憫（馬太福音 5:7）。今天，讓我們祈求聖靈賜下能力，使我們能像天父一樣慈悲憐憫！

Happy Father’s Day!
The Mandarin ministry will host a special Father’s Day celebration today. See the attached image.
To encourage XPMP members to resume their personal devotional and bible reading habits, daily devotional reflections shared by Crosspoint pastors are being posted in the XPMP WhatsApp group and will also be archived on the XPMP website.
The devotion yesterday is quite timely as we celebrate Father’s Day this Sunday:
“Because the poor are plundered and the needy groan, I will now arise,” says the Lord. “I will protect them from those who malign them.” (Psalm 12:5)
God remembers the poor. He defends the needy who cannot fend for themselves. He is El Rachum, the God of compassion and mercy. “For the LORD your God is a compassionate God; He will not fail you nor destroy you nor forget the covenant with your fathers which He swore to them” (Deuteronomy 4:31). God shows mercy especially to those who show mercy to others (Matt 5:7). Today, let’s pray for the empowerment of the Holy Spirit so that we may merciful and gracious like our Heavenly Father!

An eight-session bible study class in Mandarin on the life of Abraham will begin next Sunday, June 22. The Cantonese class will begin on Sunday, July 13. Both classes will be held in person at the Milpitas campus from 1:30 PM to 3 PM. It will only be recorded and there will be no Zoom option.
